Apple, cherry, hickory, maple, beech, red oak and white oak. Bags are filled with one species so you can pick the flavour you want rather than take a mixed bag.

Yes. All of the wood for smokers, grills and pizza ovens is well seasoned and stored indoors through the winter and spring. Dry wood lights faster, burns cleaner and gives you thin blue smoke instead of a bitter white cloud.

12" smoking wood splits are $40 a bag, thicker wrist-size splits are $45 a bag, 3"–4" chunks are $17 a bag, 5"–6" pizza oven splits are $20 a bag and bagged hardwood firewood is $15 a bag. Face cords are priced on request.

Smoking wood bags weigh 20–23 kg (44 lb). Bagged firewood is 50–60 lb. Bags keep the mess out of your vehicle and make the wood easy to carry and stack.

Yes. Face cords are available in cherry, apple, red oak, white oak, hickory and maple, sold in 12" splits. Call or text for a price.

Chunks for kettles, bullet smokers, kamados and charcoal cookers, where you are adding two or three pieces for flavour. Splits for offset smokers and anything where the wood is also your heat source. Pizza ovens take the short 5"–6" splits.

Yes — he cuts other sizes on request. If your oven or smoker needs something specific, say so when you order.

Yes, kindling is available. Ask when you place your order.
